Product Detail

The kit is designed for the detection of 36 clinically common respiratory pathogens from nasopharyngeal swab, oropharyngeal swab and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid.

 

Cut time, save cost. - 1 reaction, 2 tubes, 36 targets. 

 

The kit uses RT-qPCR in combination with patented melting curve analysis, which maximizes the multiplexing capability. The detection of 36 targets can be completed in just 2 PCR tubes.

The kit can be operated on the real-time PCR thermal cycler with FAM, HEX, ROX and CY5 channels. Positive and negative controls are provided in the kit.

Limit of Detection

The LOD is as low as 1,000 copies/mL. However, the LOD for each pathogen is different, please refer to the user manual for more details.
